Two Packages — Consult & Build

We offer two clear packages depending on how involved you want us to be in the delivery of your project:

Consult Package — Consultation, Due Diligence, and Concept Design. This defines your commercial project: clarifying business needs, assessing the site, identifying compliance and services risks, and establishing a clear design direction before committing to construction.

Build Package — Includes everything in the Consult Package, plus Design Refinement, Documentation, Construction, and Handover. This delivers a complete commercial fit‑out from initial concept through to a fully operational workspace.

Concept Design & Direction defines the strategic and visual foundation of your commercial fit‑out. This includes spatial planning, functional zoning, brand‑aligned aesthetics, and early service considerations to ensure the concept is both inspiring and practically deliverable. The outcome is a cohesive design pathway that supports productivity, client experience, and long‑term operational performance.

Concept Design & Direction

The concept is refined into a fully resolved design, with services, compliance requirements, workflow, and material selections coordinated in detail. All consultants, suppliers, and operational inputs are aligned, and the design is documented to ensure the fit‑out is accurately costed, compliant, and ready for construction.

Design Refinement & Documentation

The fit‑out is delivered through structured site management, coordinated trades, and a controlled construction program that aligns with building operations and tenancy requirements. Procurement, services integration, and staging are managed to ensure every element is installed to specification. Compliance, safety, and quality assurance are monitored throughout, resulting in a seamless delivery and a fully operational commercial space at handover.

Construction & Delivery

The completed fit‑out is presented through a structured handover process, including final inspections, services testing, and verification that all finishes, fixtures, and systems meet specification and compliance requirements. Operational documentation, warranties, and maintenance guidance are provided to support a smooth transition into the space. Any post‑handover items are addressed promptly, ensuring the environment performs reliably from day one and continues to meet operational needs.
