Two Packages — Consult & Build
We offer two clear packages depending on how involved you want us to be in the delivery of your project:
Consult Package — Covers all pre‑project definition work: Consultation, Due Diligence, and Concept Design. For remedial projects, this includes identifying defects, assessing underlying issues, and defining a clear rectification pathway before any commitment to construction.
Build Package — A full end‑to‑end service including Design Refinement, Documentation, Construction, and Handover. This applies to renovations, commercial fit outs, and remedial works such as floor rectification, waterproofing repairs, and compliance upgrades.
Part 1 — Pre‑Project Phase
This stage defines the project. It includes Consultation, Due Diligence, and Concept Design. For remedial works, this phase also identifies underlying issues, assesses site conditions, and establishes a clear rectification strategy before any commitment is made.
Part 2 — Project Implementation Phase
This stage delivers the project. It includes Design Refinement, Documentation, Construction, and Handover. For remedial scopes, this includes executing repair methodologies, correcting defects, restoring performance, and ensuring compliance throughout the build.
